About the Role

Caliber is looking for a sales and marketing coordinator to join our growing marketing communications agency. In this role, you will support both our agency marketing and business development/sales initiatives to help attract new clients and top talent. The compensation range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 base salary + commission opportunities + bonuses + benefits. This role calls for strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to shifting timelines, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

About your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and sales leads to help drive Caliber’s marketing and sales efforts

  • Staying informed on Caliber’s capabilities and the industries we serve

  • Coordinating timelines and deliverables for marketing and sales initiatives

  • Helping schedule and coordinate sales prospect calls

  • Developing materials for sales prospect calls and refining sales enablement tools like proposal decks, templates and case studies in collaboration with account teams

  • Assisting with CRM management, including researching and updating contacts, building segmented lists, and supporting marketing automations

  • Managing trackers and reports that support business development, marketing performance and leadership visibility

  • Supporting industry award, event and speaking opportunity research and drafting of submissions

  • Maintaining and updating the Caliber website

  • Drafting company marketing materials including blogs, emails, social posts, web copy, sales enablement materials, etc.

  • Drafting and editing social media posts for Caliber’s LinkedIn and X channels, tailored to each platform’s tone, audience and engagement style

 

About our Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ years minimum experience in PR, marketing and/or sales related role(s)

  • Enthusiasm for fintech and financial services, experience a plus

  • Intellectual curiosity about businesses and how strategic marketing and communications plays a role in a business’ growth

  • Team player, supportive and considerate of others

  • Solutions-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Strong writer with passion for research and storytelling

  • Experience with social media marketing

  • Basic SEO and design knowledge

  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills 

  • Ability to complete tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
